More On That Lost Shin Megami Tensei Game

Last week, we reported on what was possibly a lost multiplayer Shin Megami Tensei game, demoed by Atlus way back at the Tokyo Game Show ten years ago. The magazine scan featuring the game depicted a screenshot of Cerberus, with the game marked as a fantasy action/adventure title.

Thanks to Jessica, we now know that this “lost” game was merely a tech demo, with the source of information being a “Making of [Shin Megami Tensei III:] Nocturne” Japanese DVD she owns.

 

 

You’ll need to install the Veoh player to watch the embedded video. Jessica also has screenshots and scans of other material from the “Making of” documentary, which show off early screens from Shin Megami Tensei III. Thumbnails below, high-res versions here.
