Bandai Namco confirmed it is working on a new Ghost in the Shell anime SH Figuarts figure based on Major Motoko Kusanagi and a Robot Spirits Fuchikoma tank replica. Both appear in the key art for the show airing on Amazon Prime. There’s no release window for the items yet. However, both are in the painted prototype phase, which suggests we could at least see pre-orders open soon. The two items will release worldwide.
The initial photo of the Ghost in the Shell SH Figuarts Motoko and Robot Spirits Fuchikoma only offers a few details about what to expect from the two. It looks as though they’re designed to potentially be displayed together, with the same sort of scale used for both the character and single-person tank. Possible weapon and effect parts for the Fuchikoma weren’t shown. In the case of Motoko though, the photo shows that she will come with her gun as an accessory and a visor that can cover her eyes.

While we haven’t seen an SH Figuarts figure of the character before, a figma did show up. That was based on her Stand Alone Complex appearance.
As a reminder, the new The Ghost in the Shell anime adaptation is handled by Science Saru. So far, only three episodes are available. The fourth episode is expected to appear at 7:30am PT/10:30am ET on July 28, 2026.
