The latest Project Voltage song, which involves the Vocaloid Hatsune Miku singing themed tracks with sound effects and BGM from Pokemon games, is tied to N, Pokemon Black and White, and Team Plasma. NILFRUITS is the composer and BAKUI worked on the music video, and “OOPArts” is now on YouTube. It will appear on Karent starting on September 19, 2025.
Because this is so focused on N and Team Plasma, this Hatsune Miku Pokemon song icnludes lots of imagery of characters tied to them. The character is shown both as a child, from when he was orphaned and raised by Pokemon, as an adult. In the background, sprites and art of creatures tied to him appear. Our first fight against him in Pokemon Black and White involved Purrloin, and the sprite for that “cat” will show up in the background behind him. Tympole, Darmanitan, Pidove, and Woobat are highlighted too. So are Poke Balls and the Team Plasma imagery. The background music includes that antagonist group’s themes to it. Also, some of the most important characters tied to him, which are Zoroark, Reshiram, and Zekrom, constantly appear with full cut-in images.
Here’s the new Project Voltage song “OOPArts.”
The last entry in this series of songs was “Facade Question” by Satsuki. It was an April Fools’ Day track that paired up Hatsune Miku and Kasane Teto, and in it we saw Pikachu associated with Miku and Mimikyu tied to Teto.
New Project Voltage High songs are rolling out gradually, with three available so far. Pokemon Black and White is on the DS, and it debuted in Japan exactly 15 years ago on September 18, 2010.
