New Heroes of Ruin Screenshots Show Off A Bunch Of New Areas

Recommended Videos

Square Enix have released a new batch of screenshots for Heroes of Ruin today, showing the different character classes and new areas that we haven’t seen before:

Heroes of Ruin has over 80,000 weapons (20,000 per class). Item drops in the game are a little like Borderlands, according to the game’s developer, n-Space. When items drop in the game’s singleplayer mode, they will primarily be drops for your particular character class, but you’ll occasionally find drops for other classes as well.

In offline or online multiplayer, item drops and difficulty will scale according to a number of factors, such as the number of players, and the level of each player. You can read more about the drop system here.
