The next twist for the Inazuma Eleven series will involve an “impactful time travel adventure,” says Level 5 CEO, Akihiro Hino. Teasing the news via his Twitter, Hino said yesterday that more information will be revealed via an upcoming issue of CoroCoro magazine.
This time travel story will be represented in both anime and game forms, Hino confirms, and adds that the game version will still be an RPG.
The new anime series is scheduled to kick off on April 14th, so it isn’t far off at all.
