The Kojima Productions Ludens figma is back, and this time it’s in black. Good Smile Company announced a new variant of the figure, which will launch in October 2020. It will be ¥11,111 ($105).
This figure is almost identical to the one released back in 2018. The difference being, this time the armor is black instead of white. It comes with a Kojima Productions flag in both green and white, which is attached to its spear. You have different hands for posing. The helmet can be opened, revealing the skull mask within. Also, Kojima Productions’ Yoji Shinkawa’s art is included with its A5 booklet.

Good Smile Company has been responsible for a number of figures based on Kojima’s mascots and games. In addition to these figmas, for example, there is the Nendoroid Jumbo Ludens and Death Stranding Nendoroids of Sam and Cliff.
Kotobukiya has even gotten in on it. Its Ludens designs, however, resulted in Frame Arms Girl-style models. There was a standard one in white armor, then a second one in black armor.
