New Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl Trailer Shows Its Style

It’s a day for new Pokemon videos. First, Nintendo offered a look at Pokemon Legends: Arceus. Now there’s a Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl trailer too. It begins with a quick overview of people and characters, before diving into features.

The first item discussed in the new Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl trailer is the Poketech. This is the wristband that acts as a watch, pedometer, means of looking at characters in your active party, radar, and easy means of using hidden moves. The hidden moves shown in it are Cut, Defog, Fly, Rock Climb, Rock Smash, Strength, Surf, and Waterfall.

After that, the video looks closer at Pokemon. For example, it shows how you can make Poffins in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. These are the treats you can give to Pokemon to raise their traits. These five areas are Beauty, Cleverness, Coolness, Cuteness and Toughness. It also takes you to Hearthome City’s Amity Square, where Pokemon can walk around with you. Up to six can be around at a time. It also shows how you can cook in Amity Square.

The rest of the Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl trailer looks at different characters. In order, it shows Cheryl, Riley, and Gardenia. In the case of both Cheryl and Riley, it appears they will follow you and help you fight battles at certain times.

Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Pokemon Shining Pearl will come to the Nintendo Switch on November 19, 2021. Manaphy will be an early purchase bonus.
