Tomb Raider Reloaded in the Works at Square Enix London Mobile

Square Enix revealed its newest studio. Square Enix London Mobile will be working on games for Android and Apple iOS devices. The official unveiling also included updates on two of its titles. One is a new Avatar: The Last Airbender game, while the other is the previously revealed Tomb Raider Reloaded. No details came up about the former. However, the latter now has a 2022 release window.

Tomb Raider Reloaded first came up in November 2020. Square Enix teased the new Tomb Raider mobile game with a trailer. While gameplay wasn’t shown, Lara Croft’s new look appeared. At the time, the game had a 2021 release window. But details didn’t really show up since then.

Now that the official Square Enix London Mobile website is open, there’s an update. The only game in the “Play” section is this new Tomb Raider mobile game. While it falls under the Square Enix London Mobile label, Emerald City Games is listed as the developer. It will be out on both Android and Apple iOS devices in 2022. Most importantly, it revealed the genre. This will be a roguelike Lara Croft game.

Tomb Raider Reloaded will come to Android and Apple iOS devices in 2022. Square Enix London Mobile’s Avatar: The Last Airbender game is also in the works.
