NieR Automata 2B Figure Will Be Life-Sized

Design COCO is developing a 1/1 scale figure and statue of 2B from NieR: Automata. After Design COCO finishes, you will be able to pre-order and purchase it from AmiAmi. AmiAmi usually provides international shipping, which means overseas customers will be able to purchase it as well. However, if it will be a 1/1 figure, the shipping cost will likely be exorbitant.

There is not a lot of information on the figure yet. The AmiAmi Twitter account stated that it will be a life-sized figure & statue. However, the poster for the 2B figure also advertised a bust So it is unclear whether Design COCO plans on releasing two figures, if it will just be a life-sized bust, or if it will be an actual full statue. For reference, 2B is 168 centimeters (5.5 feet) tall. So it will be quite big if Design COCO wants to sculpt her entire body.

That being said, Design COCO released life-sized statues in the past. For the Lunar New Year in 2023, it announced a life-sized figure of Hololive VTuber Usada Pekora. The statue stands at around 153 centimeters tall, and this does not include her sandals or ears. On a smaller scale, Design COCO also plans on releasing a 1/7 scale figure of Lum from the new Urusei Yatsura anime.

More information on the Design COCO life-sized 2B figure will appear in the future. Interested parties will be able to purchase it from AmiAmi when it comes out.
