A fan attending the EVO 2011 fighting game tournament has managed to record 9 minutes of Soulcalibur V footage from the event. The video covers footage from three fights: Zwei vs. Patroklos, Ivy vs. Natsu, and Siegfried vs. Mitsurugi.
