Nintendo of America’s Q1 2012 Schedule Reveals Kid Icarus: Uprising Release Date

Recommended Videos

Nintendo of America shot out a schedule for the first quarter of 2012 this morning that encompasses all their systems. The first thing that jumped out at us was a release date for Kid Icarus: Uprising. That game is slated for March 23rd in North America. Scrolling down a bit further down the list, we noticed a game titled Kirby’s Block Ball for the Nintendo eShop, slated for sometime in Q1. This is a Virtual Console title, originally released for the Game Boy.

Other eShop games from third-party publishers such as Mighty Switch Force, VVVVVV, Zen Pinball 3D and Mutant Mudds are slated for a Q1 release as well. As previously reported, Dillon’s Rolling Western and Sakura Samurai: Art of the Sword fit into this timeframe as well.

On the Wii side of things, PokéPark 2: Wonders Beyond (titled PokéPark 2: Beyond the World in Japan) is scheduled for a February 27th release. Mario Party 9 will follow shortly thereafter on March 11th.
