No more PSX and N64 games at Gamestop?

Now that the PS1 is out of production and we’ll be able to download selected Nintendo 64 games via the Revolution’s virtual console it looks like one major video game retailer is nixing trade-ins on these classics. Rumor has it that on June 1st 2006 Gamestop will stop accepting trade-ins for any PS1 or Nintendo 64 game. Of course this isn’t the only venue to pick up these classics, but it is convenient to have a major retailer nearby with a hefty stock of PS1 RPGs.
