Ouro Kronii of Hololive is in the hospital, and it’s unclear how long she’ll be in there for. She announced this as part of a Tweet advertising her merchandise.

On March 22, 2024, Ouro Tweeted her birthday merchandise, which will be available until April 15, 2024. Goods include a rubber mat, a pencil case, and a pencil. You can get these items in the Hololive Pro shop and Geek Jack, which are available in both English and Japanese. In this Tweet, she stated that she is “so dying right now” and that she can’t “talk or breathe.”

She later Tweeted in a follow-up post that she’s in the hospital, but that her “shill game is on,” complete with a nail care emoji before she passed out again. Replies to Ouro’s Tweet have been very positive but also concerned. Many people have stated that they went and bought her goods already, as well as hoping that she’ll be alright.

Some people have asked what kind of crazy flu Ouro got that would put her in the hospital. The official Hololive EN Twitter (X) account did not post anything about a hiatus. So she may not be in there for too long. Ouro Kronii is a liver with Hololive who debuted in 2021 as part of the Hololive Council, which is the second generation of Hololive English.

Other livers who debuted with her include Ceres Fauna, Hakos Baelz, and Nanashi Mumei. As of the time of writing, she has 945,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel.

Ouro Kronii is in the hospital for an indeterminate amount of time.
