Persona 2: Eternal Punishment Reaches PSOne Classics This Week

Persona 2: Eternal Punishment will be available as a PSOne Classic this week. The game is a follow-up to its predecessor, Persona 2: Innocent Sin, and was originally released in North America in the year 2000.

 

Persona 2: Innocent Sin didn’t see a release in North America until 2011. Originally, only the second Persona 2 game was released in English, until Atlus developed enhanced ports of both for the PSP.

 

While Atlus released the PSP version of Innocent Sin in the U.S., the PSP version of Eternal Punishment has not been announced for North American release. Atlus USA appear to be concentrating on other games instead, such as Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers and Etrian Odyssey IV, both of which will be released in the U.S.
