Phantasy Star Online 2 Gets Challenge Missions; Other New Stuff Coming Soon

Recommended Videos

Phantasy Star Online 2 received a bunch of interesting Challenge Quests today in Japan. During these quests, players are set at specific levels with specific skills and asked to clear a series of missions before their VR Energy runs out. (Thanks, PSU Blog)

The first Challenge Quest starts you out barehanded, which means that you’ll have to find weapons along the way, and players can drop items for each other to pick up. Getting far enough in these Challenge Quest missions earns players Miles, which can be used to purchase 13-star weapons at an Exchange Shop.
