Pikachu and Ratchet show up the Tokyo International Film Festival.

This weekend kicks off the Tokyo International Film Festival in Akihabara. You would expect to see world premieres, Asian cinema and some animated features. Maybe we would even expect something with the ultra popular CGI flick Final Fantasy VII Advent Children. But to have Ratchet decked out in his Deadlocked armor sitting next to you?

Sony Computer Entertainment of Japan jumped in to premiere the PS3 and the Playstation Spot download stations. If you’re in Japan and you want to see the PS3 (again) it’s going to be around at these times:
