Nintendo have provided updated sales figures for a number of their games in an earnings report for their third quarter, which ended on December 31st.

Total worldwide sales:

NDS | Pokémon Black/White 2 – 7.63 million

3DS | New Super Mario Bros. 2 – 5.96 million

3DS | Animal Crossing: New Leaf – 2.73 million (Japan-only)

Wii U | New Super Mario Bros. U – 2.01 million

Wii U | Nintendo Land – 2.33 million (packed in with Wii U console)

Pokémon Black/White 2 were released in Japan in June 2012, and in the U.S. and Europe in October 2012. The games are direct sequels to Pokémon Black/White—a first for the series—and don’t feature a new generation of Pokémon creatures.

The next brand new set of Pokémon games are slated for release this year. Pokémon X and Pokémon Y will be released worldwide in October 2013 for the Nintendo 3DS.
