The Pokémon Company have released new screenshots of Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Magnagate and the Infinite Labyrinth, pertaining to the information that was recently detailed in CoroCoro magazine.
As revealed in CoroCoro, the game’s town, Pokémon Paradise, can be developed and equipped with a range of facilities. You need to gather materials from dungeons and cultivate the land in order to do this, however. Pokémon Paradise starts out as a barren wasteland.
As previously reported, dungeons can be accessed by photographing round objects with the Nintendo 3DS camera. These will turn into dungeon entrances and dungeons in the game are randomly generated.
Once you get your Pokémon Paradise up and running, you’ll have access to different services and facilities from various Pokémon. For instance, Quagsire will let you put together your party for exploring dungeons and also check up on the status of Pokémon you’ve befriended.
Meanwhile, Scraggy’s service lets you remember or forget moves while Victini’s V-Roulette service lets you change the “V-Wave” for the day. The V-Wave is a wind that blows through the world and there are different types. Adventuring with a Pokémon that matches the current V-Wave type yields certain advantages.
Other facilities include Azumarill’s job board, Pansage’s service that lets you grow berries, and Watchdog’s service that lets you temper your skills. You’ll be allowed to develop Pokémon Paradise in a way that suits you.
Speaking of Pokémon, in addition to Lugia, Ho-oh and Kyurem being part of the story, Keldeo and Hydreigon will be in the game, too. As far as your own party goes, Emolga and Dunsparce will join your team at some point in the game.
Additionally, The Pokémon Company have also confirmed on the game’s official website that a download version of Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Magnagate and the Infinite Labyrinth will be made available on the Nintendo eShop. The game is slated for release in Japan on November 23rd.
