Pokemon Wild Area Search Will Let People Explore A Diorama Of Pokemon Sword And Shield’s Wild Area

A Pokemon Sword and Shield-inspired diorama, which will be created under the supervision of SFX makeup artist Amazing Jiro, will be heading to mobile devices and PCs. Starting in early November 2019 and running until December 31, 2019, Pokemon Wild Area Search will let people get a different sort of look at the Galar Region’s world. (Thanks, 4Gamer!)

Pokemon Wild Area Search will be available in Japanese, Korean, and both Simplified and Traditional Chinese. When people explore its 360 degree views, they will be able to see CG Pokemon running around and interacting in the area. The official Twitter account will share images ahead of launch.

So far, Amazing Jiro is one of the ten artists who is working on this Pokemon Wild Area Search diorama. As an example of his work, here is his behind the scenes making of Alien Xenomorph makeup.

Pokemon Wild Area Search will be available to view on PCs and mobile devices starting in early November 2019.
