The Japanese restaurant chain Yoshinoya will hold a new Pokemon collaboration and offer a special menu of gyudon and curry that will be served in a Poke Ball-designed bowl. Each meal will also come with a figure of a Sinnoh starter Pokemon. [Thanks, 4Gamer!] The Pokemon bowls will be available for both dine-in and takeaway orders. When purchasing takeaways, the restaurant will provide a Poke Ball-designed bag and takeaway bowl. Yoshinoya will hold the collaboration in three waves. The first wave will begin on August 27, 2021 and end on September 26, 2021. The first wave figures include Turtwig, Chimchar, Piplup, Riolu, or Eevee. They will be given randomly. The second wave will start on October 1, 2021, and the third one will commence on November 5, 2021. While the ceramic bowls are generally only available for dine-in orders, there is a way for people in Japan to actually own the bowls. Yoshinoya will hold sweepstakes from August 27 to November 24, 2021. Customers can participate by uploading receipts where one Pokemon meal counts as one point. 1,000 people will be able to win a set of four ceramic bowls, each modeled after the Poke Ball, Great Ball, Ultra Ball, and Master Ball.
