Pokémon GO recently got its latest update, bringing the app to version 0.35.0 on Android and 1.5.0 on iOS devices. With this newest update, the game gets a few “minor bot fixes,” as well as a brand-new “Pokémon Appraisal” feature, in which your team’s leader will measure a Pokémon’s potential.
Here’s the official description of the feature:
“Trainers will now be able to learn about a Pokémon’s attack and defense capabilities from their Team Leader (Candela, Blanche or Spark) to determine which of their Pokémon have the most potential for battle.”
In addition, the update also makes mention that Niantic is “working hard on several new and exciting features to come in the future of Pokémon GO.” Only time will tell what these “new and exciting” features will turn out to be.
Pokémon GO is available for iOS and Android devices.
