Xenoblade Chronicles is being sold through both GameStop and Nintendo’s online store, but if you pre-order the game through GameStop in the U.S., you’ll get an art book, Nintendo of America announced today.
GameStop say on their product page for Xenoblade Chronicles that the art book will be available via both online pre-orders or in-store pre-orders. Neither NOA nor GameStop have provided any images of this art book thus far.
If you recall, Europe never got an art book, so it should be interesting to see what it looks like. Xenoblade Chronicles’ limited edition bundle in Europe came with a Classic Controller Pro and three posters signed by Tetsuya Takahashi, president of Monolith Soft.
Update: Some of our readers have informed us (thanks!) that, in France, Nintendo did give away an extremely limited number of Xenoblade Chronicles art books to the first 1,000 fans who registered the game on Club Nintendo. Note that this book was 200 pages in length, so we doubt it’s the same one GameStop will be giving away.
