Isla Coleman debuted back in April 2021 and is a first generation Production Kawaii VTuber. In addition to streaming games, she’s also known for singing and performing. The official statement noted the harassment consisted of doxing, with unnamed individuals attempting to share her actual identity and address. Kinoshita’s announcement stated that “criminal and civil legal actions” are being pursued and she may graduate if the company “cannot ensure her safety and security.”

Here’s the full statement.

Isla Coleman also issued a statement on TwitLonger about what’s happening. She noted, “As a creator, I’m entitled to my personal life and there are things that I am not obligated to share while I am in Kawaii. I’m very disappointed that these “Coleknights”, whose names and contributions I remember from my chat and community, have been sharing my personal information like it’s a trophy to be proud of, when in reality it has greatly impacted my mental wellbeing.”

She also shared the following message on Twitter proper.

If Isla Coleman does graduate, she will join a number of other Production Kawaii VTubers who left the company in 2023. All five Enchantasia members retired this year. Oceane Otoishi’s contract was terminated by the company in February 2023. Aletta Sky, Peony Aeria, Sava Safari, and Miryu Kotofuji all ended their activities in April 2023.
