Puzzle & Dragons Crosses 41 Million Downloads Worldwide

Puzzle & Dragons has surpassed 6 million downloads in North America, GungHo Online Entertainment have announced. In celebration of the occasion, they will hold a special in-game event later this month, details for which will be announced soon.

 

Meanwhile, over in Japan, Puzzle & Dragons has been downloaded 32 million times. Total worldwide downloads are at 41 million.

 

Additionally, last night, GungHo and Nintendo announced a new game, titled Puzzle & Dragons: Super Mario Bros. Edition, which will feature Mario characters and will be released for the Nintendo 3DS.

 

The previous game in the series for 3DS, Puzzle & Dragons Z, has shipped over 1.5 million copies in Japan. Nintendo have said that they will publish Puzzle & Dragons Z: Super Mario Bros. Edition in the West.
