As previously reported, when Rodea the Sky Soldier is published in the West, first-print copies of the Wii U version will include the original, unreleased Wii version as well. This week, NIS America confirmed that this version will come on a separate disc.

Over Twitter, NISA stated: “Public #Rodea Announcement! The Wii version of the game will indeed be on its own physical disc bundled with first-print Wii U versions!”

When asked if the Wii version would have its own case with Wii-branded artwork, a NISA representative responded: “Don’t know yet! We’re still finalizing production things, but I’ll tweet an update when I get one. :)”

Rodea will be available sometime this September in North America and Europe.
