Here’s the Sackboy: A Big Adventure trailer. It looks like this will be a platformer for between one and four people, with players able to control different Sackpeople as they run through courses and defeat enemies. We get to see the characters use different abilities, like a grappling mechanic, and damage enemies with punches and projectiles. Once it gets to the two-player portion of the video, it shows how a second player can help by moving blocks for other players to hop on. However, the trailer description said that this will be playable whether someone is going it alone or working through the adventure with other people.

The last main LittleBigPlanet game was the third entry for the PlayStation 4, and it was supported for years by players who put together plenty of unique levels for others to enjoy. The most recent spin-off released, prior to this, is Run Sackboy! Run! for mobile devices. It is a free-to-play endless runner.

Sackboy: A Big Adventure will come to the PlayStation 5.
