Bandai Namco, Kodansha, and Toei announced a new SH Figuarts figure of Sailor Moon is on the way. This is a Crystal Star Compact Edition version of the character that resembles her appearance in parts of the anime like Sailor Moon R and Sailor Moon Crystal. There’s no word regarding her release yet, though Bandai Namco does release SH Figuarts items worldwide via stores like Amazon. The companies did confirm it will be displayed at Tamashii Nation 2025 in Japan between November 14-16, 2025, and further announcements will come in December 2025.
Since this is an early announcement, we don’t know all the details about this version of Sailor Moon yet. It is in the painted prototype phase, so that does suggest we could see pre-orders in the near future and a release some months after that. While only one smiling face plate is shown, we also know one accessory that will be included. The first sample photo shows her wielding a Cutie Moon Rod. The Crystal Star transformation item is affixed to the bow on her costume for this item.
