The update also resulted in the opening of pre-orders. Earlier in July 2020, XSEED Games confirmed physical copies would appear this year. The standard and Divine Edition are now available to order. The former is $39.99. However, those who spend the $59.99 on the collector’s edition will also get an art book, three-CD soundtrack, and omamori charm with their game.

In Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin, players follow a divine princess who is sent down to the world below to farm, fight monsters, and become the goddess everyone knows she can be. People will also be able to interact with people around her to create new equipment and different sorts of food.

The Sakuna release date is now November 10, 2020 for the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 in North America and PC worldwide. The Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 versions will show up in Japan on November 12, 2020 and in Europe on November 20, 2020.
