The contents of both the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 Samurai Shodown NeoGeo Collection limited editions will be identical. Each one will give people a physical copy of the game, two soundtrack CDs, seven lithographs, and a 104-page hardcover art book. and the shockbox container that’s a replica of an actual NeoGeo box. Both are also scheduled to ship on August 28, 2020.

The difference is in how many copies will be available. Only 1,200 PlayStation 4 limited editions will be made and sold. (As you might expect, yours will be numbered so you know which one you got.) There’ll be a slightly better chance of getting a Nintendo Switch copy, as 1,800 of those will be made.

After quite a few delays, Samurai Shodown NeoGeo Collection is finally on the way. It’ll show up on the Epic Games Store first for PCs on June 11, 2020, with the Steam launch set for June 18, 2020. It’ll appear on the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 on July 28, 2020.
