Square Enix rolled out yet another limited time banner in Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis. But unlike previous banners, this is one you may want to consider investing in, as the FFVII Ever Crisis Zack holiday banner features some solid equipment.
Should I roll on the Zack holiday banner in FFVII Ever Crisis?
Now to answer the burning question. Yes, you should absolutely roll on this banner. Not only is the Weapon on the banner exemplary, as it reduces both the MATK and PDEF of the enemy Zack hits with Dual Onslaught, but the attire is by far one of the best available pieces of gear in the game.
The Holiday Suit increases Zack’s HP and with the Boost Physical Ability Potential, it makes it truly one of the best pieces of attire as of the December 2023 Holiday Event update. A lot of gear boosts HP, but the PHYS Boost is what makes this specific outfit exemplary, outside of looking great. Previous outfits generally increase the amount of Elemental Damage a character does, which makes it situational and not great for general use. However, the PHYS Boost grants the following Passive:
- Boost Physical Ability Damage when Attack Stance Command Gauge is at Max.
Fully upgraded, this will increase your PHYS Ability Damage by 80%. Again, this is extremely powerful and most attire can’t be used effectively for farming or just grinding materials. Because of this, this banner is by far one you do not want to skip out on, especially if Zack has been part of your roster. And if you have Zack’s free Summer Event Weapon, then you’ll more than likely have an already powerful weapon to slap onto him to make him an invaluable addition to your party for the time being.
