After a fairly successful first few weeks, including a first week grossing of over ¥3.3 billion, Studio Khara is continuing to tease audiences with six new Neon Genesis Evangelion 3.0+1.0: Thrice Upon a Time character promotion reels. Starting with Shinji Ikari on April 5, 2021, it will be releasing a new promotional video every day until April 10, 2021. [Thanks, Game Watch!]

Posted on the official Studio Khara YouTube channel, the new video features iconic scenes of Shinji Ikari from the Rebirth of Evangelion movie franchise as well as the newest movie, Evangelion 3.0+1.0. While only 19 seconds, the video serves as a nice reminder of the events that have happened in the past three Rebirth movies over the span of ten years.
Additionally, the promotion reels will be accompanied by the movie’s official theme song “One Last Kiss” as well as “Beautiful World (Da Capo Version),” performed by Utada Hikaru.

Each video should release at 12 PM Japan time. The videos will be posted to both the Evangelion official Twitter account and Studio Khara YouTube channel.
Neon Genesis Evangelion 3.0+1.0: Thrice Upon a Time is currently available in theatres in Japan. There is currently no word on whether the final movie will be released to theatres overseas.
