Sonic Forces’ Chemical Plant And Drill Wispon Revealed

New details have been revealed about Sonic Forces’ new Hero Character equipment area. These original avatars use Wispons, which are updated versions of Sonic Colors’ Color Powers, to fight through stages. These weapons basically let you use the Wisps’ abilities without transforming. Previously, we learned about the Burst, Cube, and Lightning Wispons, but now we’ve learned there is a Drill Wispon.

The Drill Wispon looks like a drill. When equipped, you can perform Drill Dashes on the ground to move around and Drill Punches to defeat enemies. The Drill Wispon can also be used to scale walls. In the images showing it off, we also get a look at the Chemical Plant. This is going to be one of the Hero Character stages available in Sonic Forces.

Sonic Forces will come to the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on November 7, 2017.
