SoniPro—or, if you prefer, Super Sonico in Production—is an upcoming idol production game for the Nintendo 3DS, developed in collaboration with Nitroplus. It stars the company’s popular SoniPro mascot and has you managing her idol endeavours.

While SoniPro was slated for release in Japan on May 29th, Imageepoch and Nitroplus have announced that the game has now been delayed to an unspecified 2014 timeframe. Imageepoch stated that the delay is to improve the quality of the game.

Imageepoch softened the announcement for fans by revealing that, when SoniPro is released, first-print copies of the game will come with a music CD that includes the following tracks on it:

  • Game
  • Spaceship
  • Thrill
  • Wonderin’ night
  • Paradise Summer
  • Dream Again
  • Run Hi
  • Music Fighter
  • Namida

SoniPro includes a personality system whereby you’ll be able to influence SoniPro’s look and behaviour to an extent by selecting songs for her to perform, making choices during conversations, and scheduling different kinds of jobs in her weekly calendar.
