bugsnax release date

We have our Bugsnax release date. People will be able to find it across its various platforms on November 12, 2020. This means it will be a PlayStation 5 launch title, in addition to showing up on the PlayStation 4 and PC that same day. However, on PCs it will only be on the Epic Games Store. We also know that a lot of iconic voice actors will appear in it, thanks to a PlayStation Blog announcement.

When Young Horses Creative Director Kevin Zuhn took to the PlayStation Blog for the actor reveal, he provided a tidy list of everyone who will be there and what they were in prior to Bugsnax. Here’s the full list. I’ve gone over it to also include the roles certain people played in games, to add additional context.

  • Wambus Troubleham – Fred Tatasciore (Overwatch’s Soldier: 76)
  • Wiggle Bigglebottom – Kenna Ramsey
  • Chandlo Funkbun – Yuri Lowenthal (Marvel’s Spider-Man’s Peter Parker/Spider-Man, Persona 4’s Yosuke Hanamura)
  • Filbo Fiddlepie – Max Mittelman (One-Punch Man’s Saitama, Persona 5’s Ryuji Sakamoto)
  • Gramble Gigglefunny – Sam Riegel (Ace Attorney’s Phoenix Wright)
  • Shelda Smellywag – Debra Wilson (Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order’s Cere Junda)
  • Floofty Fizzlebean – Casey Mongillo (Neon Genesis Evangelion’s Shinji Ikari)
  • Eggabell Batternugget – Fryda Wolff (Apex Legends’ Loba)
  • Beffica Winklesnoot – Cassandra Lee Morris (Persona 5’s Morgana, Fire Emblem: Three Houses’ Sothis)
  • Snorpy Fizzlebean – Roger Craig Smith (Sonic the Hedgehog, Resident Evil’s Chris Redfield)
  • Cromdo Face – Rick Zieff (Terminator 3)
  • Clumby Clumbernut – Barbara Goodson (Rita Repulsa)
  • Elizabert Megafig- Helen Sadler (Battlefront)
  • Triffany Lottablog- Haviland Stillwell (Devil May Cry 5’s Patty)

Here’s the new Bugsnax release date trailer. While it doesn’t have the theme song in it, it does show every one of those voice actors with their characters.

Bugsnax will come to the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC on November 12, 2020. The PC version has a 15% pre-order discount.
