This item has two built in fans that will circulate cool air throughout the vest, keeping your body temperature down. Of course, this item is exclusive to Japanese retailers. The Neon Genesis Evangelion ATFIELD Vest will cost ¥8,800 or roughly $83 [Thanks, Famitsu!] In addition to its two fan system, the vest itself is made out of a protective material that makes it waterproof and resistant to cold.
