Street Fighter 2010: The Final Fight and Nobunaga’s Ambition are being released for the Wii U Virtual Console in September, Nintendo of America have announced.

Street Fighter 2010: The Final Fight will be available on September 1st. The original Japanese version of this game actually had nothing to do with Street Fighter and is a side-scrolling sci-fi platformer released for the NES in 1990 by Capcom.

In the U.S., however, the main character’s name was changed to Ken, to imply it was related to the Street Fighter series.

Meanwhile, Nobunaga’s Ambition will follow onto Virtual Console on September 4th.
