Harmony of Heroes” is a new Super Smash Bros. music album being organized by some of the same fans behind the Metroid Harmony of a Hunter album. Heroes will be available for download on October 4th, and will feature 101 pieces of music, totalling over seven-and-a-half hours.

Harmony of Heroes will cover a broad range of franchises represented in Super Smash Bros., and since there’s so much music to listen to, the album will be divided up by franchise and released in both MP3 and lossless M4A formats. Additionally, the team is considering making the album compatible for users of “Project M,” the Super Smash Bros. Brawl fan mod as well.

Additionally, the team has announced that they’ve got Alvin Wee, who has worked as a music production engineer on Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII and Kingdom Hearts 2.5 HD Remix, to serve as the mastering engineer on Harmony of Heroes,
