As part of November’s Super Street Fighter II revival Capcom is partnering with Zen Studios, the creators of Pinball FX, to make an officially licensed Street Fighter table for the Xbox Live Arcade game. The custom table is loaded with art, music, and most importantly voices from Super Street Fighter II. You just can’t have a Street Fighter II pinball table without hearing “Fight!” when you launch the ball. Want to get more physical? Pull out the Xbox Vision camera and use your fists as the flippers.
A price for the Street Fighter II table hasn’t been announced, but you can get it on November 2nd. However, you can only get this you already paid for 800 Microsoft Points ($10) for Pinball FX and this promotion is for Xbox 360 owners only. Sorry, PlayStation 3 owners. You’ll just have to look forward to Capcom releasing the PsOne versions of Street Fighter Alpha 2 and 3 on the PlayStation Store as a potential tie-in.
