Sword Art Online’s Asuna And Kirito To See Nendoroid Figurines

Sword Art Online’s Asuna and Kirito are getting Nendoroid figurines, and the Good Smile Company showed one of these off on their blog today. This is a prototype for the upcoming Asuna Nendoroid:

While you can’t make out this detail in the image, Asuna’s ponytail has a joint in it so you can pose it in different ways. She also comes with alternate pairs of bent arms and legs that can be used to make her pose with her sword, the Lambient Light, as well as the usual alternate facial expressions:

 

 

Additionally, the Asuna figure also has hand joints, as well as joints at her hip and two areas near her chest for more posing options. She’ll be up for pre-order on October 12th, and will be joined by the Kirito Nendoroid at some point in the future.
