A new Fire Emblem Heroes Edelgard has appeared. Edelgard von Hresvelg: Flame Emperor will appear as a Legendary Hero in the next Legendary Baner. It will be available from April 30 to May 7, 2020, as will the usual battle map allowing players to face her.

This new Fire Emblem Heroes Edelgard incarnation has a number of new and returning skills. Her weapon is Aymr, which adds an additional three points to her attack on top of the 16 Mt it comes with. Also, if she’s doesn’t have an ally right next to her, her foe can’t counter attack and will have –6 Atk/Def inflicted on them. Her new skills are the Raging Storm B skill, which allows her to take another action if no ally is next to her once per turn if she was the one to initiate combat, and the Armored Stride 3 C skill, which allows her to move one extra space if no allied unit is next to her on that turn. The Bonfire special and Atk/Res Solo 3 make up the rest of her skillset.

Other formerly time-limited and special units will be available during this next banner. People will have a chance to get Celica: Queen of Valentia, Ephraim: Dynastic Duo, Eir: Merciful Death, Hrid: Icy Blade, Larum: Sprightly Dancer, Marth: Hero-King, Naga: Dragon Divinity, Nagi: Dragon Avatar, Ryoma: Supreme Samurai, Silque: Adherent of Mila, and Tsubasa: Madcap Idol.

The art for this new Fire Emblem Heroes Edelgard comes from HACCAN, who previously drew Fire Emblem Fates‘ Hinoka, Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance’s Nephenee, and Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade’s Hawkeye. Here’s a better look at the designs:

Recently, Fire Emblem Heroes saw the reveal of Resplendent Hector, a General who hails from Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade. Also, last month’s new Mythic hero was Brammimond.

Fire Emblem Heroes is available for both Android and Apple iOS devices.
