Capcom have released a full list of changes that they’ll be making to Street Fighter IV with the upcoming Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition 2012 patch.   This will be a free patch that makes further balance changes to the Arcade Edition.   You can view the full list of changes in a detail on Capcom’s community site. The changelog is available in five different languages.
