The King of Fighters ’98 Headed To Japan’s Wii Virtual Console

Recommended Videos

The Wii Virtual Console in North America has a number of King of Fighters games on it already. So far, North America has seen The King of Fighters ‘94 – ‘97, as well as a selection of Fatal Fury games.

The next one may not be too far off. This week, Japan gets The King of Fighters ‘98 on their Virtual Console service, which means we can probably expect to see it sometime in the future as well.

The King of Fighters ‘98 is similar to its immediate predecessor, ‘97, but was released a special edition of sorts, as it brought back several fighters from previous games and didn’t feature a story.

Japan will see The King of Fighters ‘98 in October for 900 Wii Points.
