Yukio Futatsugi has worked on a number of projects after Panzer Dragoon like the excellent Phantom Dust, but he’s probably best known for developing Sega’s dragon riding series. Crimson Dragon from Grounding is in many ways a spiritual successor to Panzer Dragoon. The game was originally called Project Draco and was supposed to be a Kinect title, but Microsoft moved it to Xbox One and dropped Kinect.
At Tokyo Game Show, Microsoft announced Crimson Dragon will be released on November 22 making it a launch title and it will only cost $20. If you buy Crimson Dragon before December 31, you will receive an exclusive dragon as a bonus.
