Last night at their E3 media briefing, Sony announced that PlayStation Plus subscribers would soon have access to a large collection of free games as long as they were still subscribed to the service. Today, we know what the June batch of these games will comprise of, and they’ll be be available starting June 5th (June 6th in Europe).
In North America:
Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown, inFAMOUS 2, Little Big Planet 2, Ratchet and Clank: All 4 One, Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine, Just Cause 2, Saints Row 2, Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light, Hard Corp: Uprising, Choplifter HD, Zombie Apocalypse Never Die Alone, Sideway NY.
In Europe:
Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown, inFAMOUS 2, Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine, Chime Super Deluxe, Darksiders, Renegade Ops, Outland, Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath HD, Motorstorm Apocalypse, LittleBigPlanet.
The European PlayStation blog also provides specifics on until just when each game will be available for free to European subscribers. You can find those details here. Sony say new games will be added periodically—at least 3 per month, according to the European blog.
