While Trine 2 is being released as a download game on the PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation in both America in Europe, Frozenbyte have also tied up with publisher, Focus Home Interactive, to release a Europe-exclusive physical collector’s edition of the game for PC.

The collector’s edition of Trine 2 will support both PC and MAC, and will come with the game’s soundtrack, an art book with commentary from the development team, and access to a downloadable version of the original Trine. The entire package will cost €19.99 (or £14.99 in UK).

Additionally, on their forums, Frozenbyte are discussing the possibility of releasing the art book in digital format for a Steam collector’s edition of the game. They say they’ve taken steps toward making this happen, but can’t confirm yet if things will work out.
