Readers that have been with us since last year may remember the Shigenori Soejima Artworks book, published by Enterbrain in Japan, we posted about back in August. In case you didn’t import it — or want to buy it again in English — Udon are translating it and bringing it over.

For those not in the know, Shigenori Soejima is the character designer and art director for Persona 3 and Persona 4, and more recently, he also worked on Catherine. However, the art book only covers games that Soejima was involved with between 2004 and 2010, so Catherine won’t be included, unfortunately.

Amazon have the book up for pre-ordering both in the U.S. and in the U.K. It’s slated for an October release.

A big thanks to Siliconera reader Celedin for the heads up!

Update: I own the import version of this, which I just pulled out so I could give our readers an idea of what’s in it. As you’d expect, Persona 3, Persona 4 and P3P all have separate sections to themselves. So does Stella Deus.

Following that, there’s a section on miscellaneous work Soejima did on other projects. Here you have an image from Another Century’s Episode 3, some of Soejima’s work in Faust (a literary magazine published by Kodansha), and some artwork from The Phantom Dante, a novel again published by Kodansha. At the end, following all this, is an interview with Soejima.
