Ultra Street Fighter IV’s Fifth New Character Has Never Been In A Fighting Game Before

Recommended Videos

Ultra Street Fighter IV’s mysterious fifth character isn’t Asura or Bad Box Art Mega Man. Nor is it Strider, Morrigan, Evil Sakura or any of the other usual suspects you might be thinking of—it’s someone that’s never been in a fighting game before.

Speaking with The Jace Hall Show, Capcom senior product manager Matt Dahlgren revealed that this character has “never been featured in a Street Fighter game up until now” and that this will be “the first time he (or she) makes their fighting game debut.”

Okay then! That should make things more interesting. Ultra Street Fighter IV will be released in 2014 for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
