Unsung Story designer Yasumi Matsuno has answered a few questions about the game sent in by fans. In an update on the game’s Kickstarter page, Matsuno addresses game length, story, battle systems and more.

Regarding the length of the game, Matsuno says: “The game will be composed of several episodes, each of which is like a short story. Each episode will include about four to six stages, and at launch we plan to have about five episodes in total. So based on this, there should be somewhere around twenty-five playable stages.”

Additionally, Matsuno shares, the game will have no single main character. “There is no main character such as Ramza (Final Fantasy Tactics) or Denam (Tactics Ogre),” Matsuno says, regarding the game’s protagonist. “Players will assume control of a group of common warriors and take part in battles from episodes spanning the course of the war.”

Matsuno also shares a fairly detailed breakdown of how classes will work in Unsung Story, and what kind of classes the class system will be divided into. You can find more details here.
