Venture Into Monkey Island Creator’s “The Cave” On January 22nd

Sega have announced a release date for The Cave, the next game by Monkey Island creator, Ron Gilbert.

 

The Cave will be released on January 22nd for the Wii U eShop and PlayStation Network for PS3 for $14.99. Xbox Live Arcade will get the game on January 23rd for 1200 Microsoft Points, along with a Steam release on the same day for $14.99.

 

In The Cave, you get to explore a talking cave with a team of three (from a total of seven) characters, each one with their own personalities and stories. The characters themselves will be silent, but as you explore the cave, you learn more about them.
