2016-08-24_022650 It seems the Pokémon GO craze has yet to show signs of waning as a recent frenzy erupted when a wild Snorlax was spotted Taiwan.   A video courtesy of TIME shows the Xinbeitou district in Taiwan after news of the sighted Snorlax swiftly spread and a swarm of people flooded the streets in hopes of catching the rare and popular Pokémon.   You can watch the rather chaotic video below.     However, while the Pokémon GO players’ intents are innocent, the resulting severe overcrowding has led to the civil-defense brigade having to be called in as well as police reinforcements to try to maintain order.   Pokémon GO is available for iOS and Android devices.
